If the WTC attack didn't do that I don't expect this one to. There will be always ways to communicate while being reasonably certain that you won't be traced, be it tor or other similar methods.

Out of interest did anyone read the news article. This is all they have:

 

"a raid in nearby Brussels reportedly provided evidence that included at least one PlayStation 4 console"

 

So they don't even know that they had a PS4 for sure.

 

Essentially they mananged to spin:

into
