An infinitely small amount of people also play games that are better on controllers then?  LOTS of people play racing games, fighting games with controllers.  Hell, I even have a friend who switches between KB + M and controllers in GTA V depending on what event we play.

Really cool controller, I personally use a controller still for quite a few games. Now correct me if I'm wrong but this fucking this is $280?! They killed any sales they were going to get with that price tag.

I want one.

Not for the rebinding - im on pc lol

not for the customization, I do that with controllers already

but because it look slike it feels good

muh specs

Gaming and HTPC (reparations)- ASUS 1080, MSI X99A SLI Plus, 5820k- 4.5GHz @ 1.25v, asetek based 360mm AIO, RM 1000x, 16GB memory, 750D with front USB 2.0 replaced with 3.0  ports, 2 250GB 850 EVOs in Raid 0 (why not, only has games on it), some hard drives

Screens- Acer preditor XB241H (1080p, 144Hz Gsync), LG 1080p ultrawide, (all mounted) directly wired to TV in other room

Stuff- k70 with reds, steel series rival, g13, full desk covering mouse mat

All parts black

Workstation(desk)- 3770k, 970 reference, 16GB of some crucial memory, a motherboard of some kind I don't remember, Micomsoft SC-512N1-L/DVI, CM Storm Trooper (It's got a handle, can you handle that?), 240mm Asetek based AIO, Crucial M550 256GB (upgrade soon), some hard drives, disc drives, and hot swap bays

Screens- 3  ASUS VN248H-P IPS 1080p screens mounted on a stand, some old tv on the wall above it.

Stuff- Epicgear defiant (solderless swappable switches), g600, moutned mic and other stuff.

Laptop docking area- 2 1440p korean monitors mounted, one AHVA matte, one samsung PLS gloss (very annoying, yes). Trashy Razer blackwidow chroma...I mean like the J key doesn't click anymore. I got a model M i use on it to, but its time for a new keyboard. Some edgy Utechsmart mouse similar to g600. Hooked to laptop dock for both of my dell precision laptops. (not only docking area)

Shelf- i7-2600 non-k (has vt-d), 380t, some ASUS sandy itx board, intel quad nic. Currently hosts shared files, setting up as pfsense box in VM. Also acts as spare gaming PC with a 580 or whatever someone brings. Hooked into laptop dock area via usb switch

I need this for a few reasons...

Paddles would be killer in Rocket League and other games, quality is always a good investment, and I'd just like another controller as well.

can the paddles actually be registered as independent buttons on PC?

Because that's important as hell for me.

I feel like this is really important for PC gamers and I'm surprised you didn't mention it in the video.

Yeah but again quoting linus "an infinitely small amount" also the vid could be click bait because of the controller

Click bait would mean a title sensationalized to make it more interesting than it seems.  This just says Xbox Elite Controller...

From what i know they cant be, the buttons can only be assigned to other buttons on the controller. Pretty stupid i think and i wont be getting one till it becomes a feature.

As why should i the consumer pay so much more for a controller with more buttons when the buttons are only aloud to be used as a copy of the button that's already there.

let us map the buttons to what ever we want, then i will buy it.

Hell yeah, this! When I play games like Sleeping Dogs or GTA, I switch back and forth from mouse + keyboard to controller.

When i play GTA V i always switch between, get the best of both worlds. Some times i will drive with my controller with 1 hand (I have mastered this skill) and use my other hand on the mouse shooting :P

Honestly though it depends on the game to what i use, single player RPG's i will sit back with a controller, same with Racing games or Adventure games. FPS games and stuff Mouse + Keyboard.

imo all depends on the game to what i like to use.

Big topic atm and they didnt want the Youtube viewers to be late. LTT will some times do that with big review videos as they dont want any one to miss out.

Yeah one reason why i have never really got a Xbox controller as i grew up with the PS layout and it just feels natural, The Xbox one is a bit weird to me.

I've noticed they have with products that were under NDA and show events.

But a product that already had reviews out for over a day on YouTube? Doesn't make sense. Especially because this got out before the Steam Controller review

That's why I still use my 360 Controller to this day.

I've used this exact controller since the day after the 360 came out initially, it's both a nostalgia thing, and it's what I'm used to. Tried a XBOne controller, didn't like it too much

I use a Logitech F710 and its a great controller and laid out like a PS controller but i would really love to have a good well built controller like a Xbox one rather then a cheaper one if you know what i mean. But every time i go to buy one i dont because im not sure about the stick layout,.

I really like the layout, my friend that grew up with PlayStation since he was 4 or 5 has a PS3, PS4, and Xbox 360 Controller.

For games that are new to him he usually tries them out with the 360 Controller and sticks with that. If it's a game he played a long time ago he'll either use the PS3 or PS4 controller, whatever he reached first really
