What is the z690 or z790 motherboard with wifi, what do you recommend for quality and price?

What features do you need? There's a lot of decent options out there, it really just depends on what features you need for it. 

 

Not that I'd really recommending buying Z690/Z790 nowadays with the combination of the 13/14th gen instability issues and Ryzen 9000 set to be announced with the week.

Supposedly the start of Computex, June 3rd 1:30 UTC. AMD has the starting keynote, and they've promised next generation product announcements for high end PCs (paraphrasing), so it's very likely the Ryzen 9000 announcement will happen during that keynote, as well as other things for servers and such.

Can you see a mid-range processor in that series? 
And how long would I have to wait for the price to be cheaper after its launch?

It should have a few mid range chips, and prices should drop fully once the CPUs are officially released. No idea how long after the announcement it will be till the official release, but seeing as the announcement is within the week, it's worth waiting to see.
