How to install windows from iso ?

Use this to put an iso on a usb and make it bootable.

So I got a Vista pc that needs a new install, I don't have the disk so I got a Vista iso file and put it on a USB, I plugged it into the machine and it said no os detected on this drive. What do I do with the iso to download windows ?

Did you copy the iso onto the USB, because that won't work.
