To each his own. Sure way back in the day the mod team honestly wasn't the best IMO, but it's improved drastically. Just stay out of trouble and you won't have any issues with the mods. It's really not that hard. (Speaking from experience here.)

To be a mod you have to be trustworthy, Not a stuck up asshole who thinks he knows everything about tech and will apologize for his mistakes, be friendly with the community, Lose most of your humor (Seriously), lose a good part of your life to the forums, and be helpful & know accurate things about technological stuffs.
