New Build - AMD system ideally

Hi guys, I'm new here and would like to request your help with my build. So, here is the info:

1. Budget & Location: Colombia, 1500 USD

2. Aim: Gaming, Streaming (not main focus yet) , Development

3. Monitors: Supporting 1440p, min 144hz

4. Peripherals: already have them.

5. Why are you upgrading?: My current system is an FX processor and I'm having issues with RAM. Is an outdated system not worth upgrading directly, that's why I'm building a new one

I currently have a Radeon R9 280 GPU, I think I could live without a new GPU for the time being (though I'm missing some games I would love to play but can't support , however Im thinking on getting a Radeon RX 7800X, but if you thing there's a better option just let me know. Thank you!!

this will perform hugely better and will probably make you hard just looking at it when its finished, this aio is wonderful, though if you want to cut costs a PA120SE will work, best looking mobo imo, cheaper psu, A tier as well, a dram gen4 1tb instead of dramless gen 3 512gb, and white gpu which is a higher tier model(but mainly cause its white) and better ram(DDR5) with rgb, and 7800x3d is the best gaming cpu money can buy.

That's not a hardon case or build.  Weird comment, and incredibly overstating 😉  Making a point that a GPU is higher tier, cuz it's white?  Tiers are performance based, white is just an expensive color.

I'd advocate a cheaper drive as well, $85 for 1TB is on the high side with no real world benefit over cheaper models.  I like the PA suggestion though, maybe not the SE model, but there are many to choose from at a great price and performance point.

7900x3d + 7900xt + 32gb 6000c30

abit overbudget but the entire thing has been overhauled with a better cpu gpu cooler psu etc.

if you dont need the extra cores of the 7900x3d for these then a 7800x3d is probably a better choice

overpriced 500gb dramless qlc garbage -> cheap dram 1tb which will be straight up faster with more capacity and probably last longer too cause its a dram tlc drive

psu is straight up overkill but at 16$ over the 850w gf1 id usually reccomend whilst having 350w more capacity and still retaining the 10 year warranty might aswell overkill on it for something youd wanna keep for the next 15 years or till it dies (12-17+ years)

you could also get 7800x3D because of the chiplet allocation,

and the PSU doesn't need to be 1200W which can bring overbudget down to 5$:

gf1 850w for 5$ extra with a 10 year warranty, otherwise you might aswell save 20$ and get an apevia 850w galaxy if we are dealing with warrantyless psus

still only a 16$ saving so id personally just go straight for the 1200w cause who knows maybe down the line youll buy some really power hungry hardware, i mean youd keep these things for 15 years or till they die anyways so if a higher wattage with a 10 year warranty isnt that much more might aswell, otherwise just buy some cheap 50$ bronze unit and throw it away when you upgrade =p

haha, i personally love that cooler and case, and what my shit communication was trying to say is that the sapphire pure is a higher tier than the pulse, what i meant was that it was chosen because there isn't a white pulse, and the pure is the cheapest white one. i fully agree that white is just an expensive color but its only ~20 more so seamed worth it to match the build.😂
