not just china, some people just don't want change, I for example used the win98 skin on my win xp until 2011 or 12 I think, cause I was used to it and didn't want it to change. I will have a hard time jumping to win10 if I will even do that

For those that wonder why a literal clone of XP. Its because XP represents like 50% of all PC in China, my guess is that this is just to confuse the illiterate thinking is the same thing they already have or just to make the learning curve more easy because we all know how big of a PITA is for people that barely know how to use tech to learn something different.
