My monitor showing "DisplayPort No Signal". Please help.

I need help guys. Normally my monitor shows the display, but when I try to access BIOS settings or try to use Advanced Options to reset my PC or Repair, it shows "No Display Port." Also the same issue with the HDMI. Then, when I press the restart button, my PC restarts normally, and the display works again. I can't access my BIOS settings or use Advanced Options. What should I do? My BIOS is in UEFI mode. My display cable is connected to the GPU Display Port. One day, I used our Walton TV with my monitor's HDMI 2.1 cable, and the TV showed the BIOS display. However, it’s not working with my monitor. I can't find a solution on YouTube as well.

Some GPUs (possibly motherboard/BIOS related?) only output the BIOS to a specific port, such as HDMI.  I have no idea why.

One of my machines it outputs the BIOS fine to DP, except when I flash the BIOS and the fTPM reset screen appears only on HDMI.

If the HDMI output works to view the BIOS on your TV, it should work on your monitor as well, if the monitor is set to HDMI as the input, rather than DP.
