Average bed time 5:30 AM

Average time I wake up 1 PM

 

So it's 2 AM now in the UK and technically school starts tomorrow but I still have today once I sleep and get up I'm gonna have to wake up at 6 AM Idk how I'm gonna do it.

 

Anyone else going into year 10 really can't be bothered starting my GCSE'S ATM but I'm gonna try and study atleast a hour ever day at home to make sure I ace them

If it's 2am then that means school starts "today" and you might as well not go to sleep and stay up. I graduated 5 years ago so no more school for me. Just work.

I started 5 days ago and it is the weekend and let me tell you taking all AP classes and a job and teaching a class after school makes you have 0 free time but I like it

on topic: if you want a trick to force your sleep schedule back to normal, pull an all nighter with all the caffeine it takes, and just crash in your bed at 6PM.

Average bed time 5:30 AM

Average time I wake up 1 PM

 

So it's 2 AM now in the UK and technically school starts tomorrow but I still have today once I sleep and get up I'm gonna have to wake up at 6 AM Idk how I'm gonna do it.

 

Anyone else going into year 10 really can't be bothered starting my GCSE'S ATM but I'm gonna try and study atleast a hour ever day at home to make sure I ace them

Yes that has worked for me in the past. It forces your body to go back to a normal sleep schedule.
