What do you use to get email notifications ?

Si3Rra_7

I'm getting annoyed with the unreliability of my phone's notifications due to heavy task managers i need to keep it alive for more than 5 hours , and would like something in the taskbar tray ,  with hopefully some sound ( nothing like avast's ear exploding messages ).

Managing multiple accounts would be nice , but my main one would be enough . It's a yahoo mail account ( i'm so sorry i chose yahoo , but it was 2005 and yahoo messenger was hot back then )

All I know about is Outlook or maybe even Thunderbird.

You are on a need to know basis, and you don't need to know.

Outlook for work, and gmail tab open as I do lots of work from a browser.

Then Outlook for Android and Gmail on android to let me know when I'm away.

I would like to look into options for integrating gmail into windows 10 action center.

I tried to use the Win10 Mail app, but I couldn't stand it, so I switched back to Thunderbird.

Don't use task managers instead use a power saver because their don't fully close apps so you can get a more reliable email notifications.

If it's Gmail and chrome in use. Chrome will run in the background and alert you.
