cold cathodes with old school inverters, they catch on fire on me or get way too hot and melt at the ends. Get led styled lights now alot better imo.

Well, just keep in mind, he might just have had bad luck. Antec isn't known for having issues with their PSUs (well....assuming it's a decent unit anyway).

MSI is beast the best brand imo. it's Asus I avoid because of their crap customer service when they send you a faulty monitor or motherboard takes weeks to sort it out. and zotac their products are low quality my GTX560 back when they were released failed within 3 months never buying Zotac after that they are Zotacky

Zotac has gotten much better over the years. And I second the Asus notion, I'm currently using one of their routers because it was the best at it's price point and met all my needs.....but the support is literally less than worthless. So far I've contacted them probably about 30 times now, 15 times they just outright accepted the chat and immediately ended it, and the other 15 times I was either linked the FAQ (which is incomplete, and I had already said I followed to no avail) or told to contact someone else because it's not Asus's issue (even though it is)....

ASRock motherboards. They're cheap for a reason!

 

I've had 10 motherboards fail within half a year for more or less the same reasons. All the boards were RMA'd and replaced and still managed to fail 4-5 months after installing. All other components worked just fine and eventually the motherboard was take out of the equation alltogether and replaced with Asus, Gigabyte or MSI.

How the F** did you manage to make 10 boards fail????? It's not like ASRocks failure rate is 90% ya know... 

 

 

I don't reccomend Logitech Headsets, they suck. Bad sound quality and they are unconfortable. 

Also Watercooling; it's not worth the effort unless you really love building around all the time.

Steel Series Rival.  Junkiest mouse I've ever used.  I've gone through 4 of them (good thing I got in store warranty) because the sensor does not track accurately.

Haven't had any Problem with the sensor at all, and i use it daily probably more than 90% of people out there, however the rubber pad on the left side of the mouse wears off and it's really annoying. I've gone throught the pad into the plastic already... I may RMA it, i've heard people getting a new mouse.

Yep, they are probably made in the same chinese factory as the Fake ones. The fake ones are probably just Beats that didn't look good enough or had slight flaws to brand them as real beats so they take them and sell them as fakes for a quater of the price

Haha i bought some fake Beats in greece, they cost me 14€ and they still work . They are even trashier quality but for 14€ they are actually quite good...

Zalman Z11 Plus, fan broke within a couple of months, there is no way to access the top of the top fan without removing the whole of the top of the case, and because the cables are so short you have to remove all the HDD activity LED, power button cables, etc. Really badly designed and just overall cheap.

 

I use this case myself, and as much as i love how it looks (main reason why i bought it), i do admit it has a lot of design flaws.

 

1 The Power Button when i bought mine wasn't even connected, so when i first assembled it it wouldnt turn on, forcing me to use my old CIT Vantage case for a bit until i figured out that the power button maybe disconnected....i mean wtf. (maybe it was maplin who knows)

 

1.5 And the cable was as weak as nuts as well, one time when i had it open the cable just simply snapped with such minimal force applied.

 

2 There is so little space behind the motherboard tray, had a few times where i had to use elbow grease to get the side panel on.

 

3 no removable hard drive cages.

 

3.5 I just find it odd that a lot of the case is dedicated to hard drive cooling, in my setup with my 3 hdd's they have a whole front fan and 2 small side fans all to themselves, while the rest of the components just have to make do with one intake fan, again would love it if the case had removeable hard drive cages

 

4 My Evga PSU is actually slightly too long for it to lay flat, it's actually on a slight tilt cause it's ontop of the screwhole for the bottom fan so the bottom fan i have on the case isn't screwed in, it's more so just laying there.

 

but again, nothing that accessories can't fix!, so im gonna move most of my storage to the 5 inch bays, get some tools and maybe give it a light bit of modding to maybe help it out. but again....there is a ton of design flaws.

 

but again only other case i could truly have would be the thermaltake chaser mK1 case, and that is rather expensive :').

 

if on products i would not recommend.

They weren't in my personal rigs. I used to make PCs for a living when I was in high school. Broken stuff varied from chipsets, ports, PCIs, VRM, caps and so on

I have a SteelSeries H Wireless headset and it's the best headset I've owned.

 

My Razer Kraken Pro headset wasn't that good... one ear stopped working (hence the purchase of the H Wireless)

My sound setup begs to differ. Amplifiers are almost 50 years old, no system sold today can produce the sounds that these babies can (unless you're paying £££££)
