My Asus z97 pro and my i7-4790k. got them about 4 months ago.

How are sli 970s? Im thinking of getting another one for 1440p gaming.

imo they are excellent.  They don't generate much heat even when gaming and I can run all of my games with max settings at 1440p with 60fps.

Thanks alot! Is the vram an issue? I'm terrified that I'll get un playable stuttering.

Nope, I've never had any issues with tearing/stuttering.

remote turn on/off switch (raspberry pi + teensy and a server (you send it a text saying ON or OFF and it turns the computer on or off))

Too bad I might swap it and my Pentium out for an H100i/H105 (still undecided) and a 4690K. :P

 

All depends on if I can get money from my mom and stepdad for basically wiring up a home theater system.

Either my 4670k, my Define R4 or my 2 140mm JetFlo fans. I bought them off Ebay really cheap, they were taken off a Nepton 140xl or something.

My Hard Drive.  Got a WD Caviar Green 2TB for my system drive.  Someday, an SSD will come with a new installation of windows though.

I wish that Seagate lasted longer than 3 years...  I did fill up 1TB though.

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

The OS is like a kind food, Try it before saying if you like it or don't.

My R9 270X just got replaced by MSI a few months ago. But on Tuesday I will be getting a new EVGA 500W PSU.
