What's the first things you install on a new PC?

Revel

Let's say that you just got your new gaming PC, you booted and everything went fine. You have your graphics drivers installed and is now going to browse for programs that you will use, what programs do you choose to install and why do you install them?

Reasoning behind this is that I just restored my computer and is looking for neccesary programs, virus programs etc.

I install whatever comes to mind first since it's much faster to layer as many installs as possible.

Moving thread to OS & Software--please post in the correct sub-forum in the future.
