Heres the picture of the stain.

I would put some water and clean it out with a cloth and then let it dry.

Oh LTT forums. haha

Get Oxi Clean from your local store.

The smallest powder box they have.

Follow instruction on box.

Basically make a paste with warm water and the oxi clean and wet a rag with the paste.

Dab into the chair lightly with moist rag and let dry.

Repeat until stain is gone.

I use oxi clean for my couches and it works.

Hope this helps.

DO NOT USE bleach, as someone suggested, If anything use a pretreat with an enzyme active ingredient (ice cream is protein/carbs and will break down with enzymes), Only use cold water,  any heat can set the stain and make it impossible to remove.

Then wash with water based laundry detergent.  Dab don't rub.
