How do you guys listen to music?

jam1234

Hey there LTT,

I am looking for something to stream music with but I am not sure what to use,

I have heard of people using Spotify but I would prefer not to pay also I don't want ads. I have also heard of people using YouTube playlists that they have made + AdBlocker to listen to music, I have tried that but playlists are really annoying to make especially with my short attention span :).

So my question is what do you guys use? And also a bit off topic but is there a way to control YouTube play back with a mouse? I have a G400S as sometime I don't want to listen to a song :).

I have included a poll, if you just want to be quick but I would prefer you to answer the question in more detail!

Thanks in advance!!

Wish I could afford to do giveaways for you guys, Sorry school doesn't pay me! <3

"With my ears hurdurdur"

I use Spotify, they had a thingymebob where you could get 3 months of Premium for 99p, pretty swish.

Spotify, Soundcloud and sometimes, but only sometimes even Youtube.

I once had one of these, now I've got this.

You are either going to pay or listen to ads, that's basically just how it goes. If someone allowed unlimited music streaming for free without any ads, how do you think people in the music industry like writers, producers, sound engineers and such are going to get paid? There is no such thing as a free lunch.

That said, I still buy physical copies and rip them to FLAC. Then I use MusicBee as my media player. Funny thing is, most of the time the physical CD is cheaper than the MP3 albums which makes no sense, with the MP3 they have no manufacturing costs, no shipping costs, yet somehow physical is still often cheaper.

I think they give a student discount so it's only $5 for students. If you're a student that is.
