I stopped buying products from Razer after the Lachesis went to crap for me in no time.  It doesn't mean I won't buy their products again but I give companies who haven't messed me over a chance before them first.  I like the Razer look and I liked the mechanical keyboard I tried out at Staples recently but not buying Razer products for some time I think.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

Please don't judge me, I didn't know what I was doing... I bought Razer Kraken, Razer Deathadder, Razer mousepad and Razer Blackwidow. The headset serves me well but I could probably have gotten better. The mouse is good.

I have a BlackWidow 2013 that was a warranty replacement for the original blackwidow. I like it well enough, just wish the LED's were RGB. I've yet to find a mouse or headset of theirs that I like, and I won't be buying another keyboard from them so long as they aren't using cherry switches.

The headset is the only really BAD item from that list. (shameless plug to my review in my signature)

My friend has a razer prebuilt, kraken headset, deathadder mouse, blackwidow keyboard, and one of their huge mousemats.

His kraken only works on one side, his keyboard is 3 months old, his mousemat is fraying, and his mouse is fine.

Why does everyone talk about how bad of a quality razer has?

Because I think we all know a certain person who's had a certain Razer product break in a record of time. I certainly do, sadly enough.

I won a Kraken headset at the Nvidia Titanfall tournament at E3 last year.  it has served me well since.  Sound quality is OK for a non-master race, non-audiophile such as myself.

I do agree, but the headset serves me fairly well as I'm not used to anything better. I do notice how it sounds bad though, and I will definitely upgrade soon.

It really is pretty mediocre. I am thankfully getting a pair of shure se215s for Christmas, so I won't need to deal with them for much longer (shameless plug to my future review of them)

A full Razor setup... isn't that like trying to own all of the crap in the world at once?

Why does everyone talk about how bad of a quality razer has?

Because it's not exactly stellar. I would go so far as to rate hp above them, because my mother's old laptop, at a hardware level, still works.

I have an original Deathadder, which is still working on like a champ. I love the Deathadder. I also got a Blackwidow Tournament Edition recently and I'm yet to have an issues with it. It's been about a month or two, so it's past the dangerous stage for when things that are going to break, break.

I have a Naga molten which I love. Been using it for about a year without issue. My wife also uses a Naga. I prefer it to the Logitech G600 since I have long fingers.

Why does everyone talk about how bad of a quality razer has?

Because they heard someone else say it somewhere so they parrot it on every tech forum. Usually they don't even own or have ever owned a razer product.
