LTT 3DMark Thread

give it more voltage and it will artifact less

that wasn't artifacting like with a bad overclock, that was like legit rainbow colors and strobing all over the place, on graphics test on one scene two black bars from top and bottom came down float over my screen and make it like a 45:9 aspect ratio or something and moving up and down at the same time 3DMark recorded GPU utilization at 5%

passed the bench, but not gaming with that )))

That is the difference between a Fury and a Fury X. Some cores are unstable on the Fury X so they become Furys.

yeah, others get lucky with the unusual high bumps in yields, so they cut down some full Fury X's to make some Furies

Yeah....doesn't seem like the guys with that processor are pushing hard.  I've got one card on air, one card on water and managed to place myself at the top of the rankings without lowering ambients or adding voltage.....  I saw it, but didn't consider it much of a win.

Would be great if these guys on 3DMark would go faster :)

HWBOT is where the fast results are though. Personally i can hardly compete their D:

Wonder how people got like 18K graphics score on much lower GPU clocks. Is my CPU the limiting factor even in the graphics tests?

Lowered clocks on my card, still managed to improve my score a bit on each bench. With results now showing as valid instead of invalid like the last ones, I think perhaps those old clock were not stable. These certainly are as I have put them through the wringer today with multiple games and benchmarks and haven't encountered any artifacts or anomalies in performance.
