is the core clock stable on all three or is it only Firestrike stable?

I can run mine two at 1100MHz easily but in GTA V they ain't stable at anything but stock

P.S. updated the score board

Not super stable unfortunately. Though I think a lot of the instability was due to other issues. For a while I had them locked at 1150 and didn't see any issues.

When I had 2 Fury X's a while ago those were stable up to 1195...

Well I went from Fury X's, to 980TI Kingpins, to Fury's technically.

Noise mainly. Fury X's don't run fanless at idle and they didn't fit in my fancy new case either.

They were in that case, haha. One of them died and had to be returned which turned into a huge mess. Then I sold the other because I got bored.

Man, you sure you checked the past few pages worth of scores, cause I don't see my scores (Initial post date was the 16th, edited with scores updated with the rerunning on Sunday the 26th) on the board. :P

The Skydiver results were mostly for fun, so they can be left out if'n ya wanna keep to Fire Strike/Extreme/Ultra scores.

skydivers, icestorms, vantages, 11s and the rest of them are also added to the list, but they are filtered out by default to show only Firestrike scores (you can still click the columns for manual filters)

looks like my parsing tool is trained to exclude results that are marginally above my results to give an illusion that my results are superior...

or it might be the disturbing invisible quotation markup in your signature... or both...

))) anyhow, should be fixed now, thanks for noticing.

OC the FX and the cards.

I've pushed the core clock as high as they'll go without being unstable, though I could work on the memory clock I got lazy. As for the cpu I'm not sure if my current cooler could handle any OC atm.

4th Fury on the way... Looking for that top spot...

Also, 2 RX 480's coming that will be used in a friends build at some point. May have to do some benches with those too...

Hi, Thanks for the reply.

I've done that, and the score jumped up but there is a conflict. The software said valid result. The link given to follow says... no.

Screen shot attached and this is the new result link supplied: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/12818377

@DXMember is dead on.  This issue only happens with me when I haven't verified my CPU overclock stability.  Sometimes I'll throw in some configs off the top of my head for a quick overclock in order to run a quick benchmark.  In doing so, I don't bother with testing stability because that's not my goal at the time.  I'll usually get plenty of invalid tests when doing this.  Anytime I use a stable overclock, no problems

Bad news. I was prepping my computer for the 4th Fury and realized that they are larger than the standard 2-slot width. There is no way 4 Fury's will fit next to each other without water cooling. Looks like I'll be sending the 4th card back. :(

I also has a sort of good news - bad news today...

I got to unlock to 3840 shaders on both cards - gave no performance increase

That's not a bad idea, I could probably make it work...

No performance increase? That sucks. I'd think you'd see something like 5% at least.

With 3 it's not bad. Each card gets 3 slots worth of space. 4 would be bad though if they would fit. Too bad I refuse to spend the money on water cooling. Not to mention my case doesnt have enough radiator room to cool 4 GPUs and an OC'd 5960X.

You don't want to spend the money on watercooling yet you spend $800 on a case. I'm not understanding the logic here.

You don't want to spend the money on watercooling yet you spend $800 on a case. I'm not understanding the logic here.

Yep, that's right. Didn't say the logic had to make sense :D

Full system water cooling just isn't appealing to me at all. Then it doesn't help that it would cost $1000-$1500 to cool my whole system. That's extremely not worth it in my eyes.

You can look at it this way: Since the beginning of last year I've owned 5 different video card setups. With watercooling I don't get that kind of flexibility.

That's not a bad idea, I could probably make it work...

No performance increase? That sucks. I'd think you'd see something like 5% at least.
