))) Haven't had a valid result because of driver version in in months myself, it's fine

but you do have to post a link to 3DMark though if you want the score on the table.

liks, it's not smart enough yet to grab results from images )))

@Masada02 I had to activate my new GPU Boost 3.1 and upgrade the wire on my 8-pin to one harness of 8 x 8 gauge wires.  Us single 8-pin guys are at a deficit.   xD

I wish my 1080 would clock that high...

Though having a single card that can play pretty much everything I want is still pretty awesome. I may need more so I can run all the PhysX in Killing Floor 2 though...

Speaking of PhysX, I was surprised by the differences in our physics scores.  I'm not sure if it's a memory deal or what, but at similar clock speeds our 5960x are pretty different.  It's probably a combination of CPU cache and memory.

Yeah the 1080 is just great all around load and go type GPU.  I miss the scalability when overclocking the 980 Ti, but the 1080 just works well right out of the box.

As far as 1080 clock speed, I'm going to keep working on one card before I try to improve my SLI any further.

I can't OC the cache frequency on mine. Don't have the OC socket. I imagine that's where a lot of the difference is from. Some could be from my Windows install too since I was running on my normal install. I don't have a clean benchmarking install of Windows 10 yet.

I've been running the 1080 + 1070 as a PhysX dedicated GPU and it's been awesome. KF2 with all the PhysX stuff turned on is really great and a lot of the VR games are starting to use PhysX too. Once I have to give up this 1070 I may have to grab something else to use in its place...

Brave man using your daily Windows OS for benchmarking!  :D  I never do because I need my daily to to work without fail.

I might have to look into the 1070.  Sounds like a great card.

I don't.  I thought about it, but never got started.

I think you should do it considering how much benching you do.

It's kinda fun, but...I'm starting to realize that you just don't get much of anything for points without REALLY serious cooling.  It's kinda off putting, posting up a really good score for a benchmark with a water cooled system, and then get exactly squat for points out of it.

CPU: Ryzen 1600X @ 4.15ghz  MB: ASUS Crosshair VI Mem: 32GB GSkill TridenZ 3200
GPU: 1080 FTW PSU: EVGA SuperNova 1000P2 / EVGA SuperNova 750P2  SSD: 512GB Samsung 950 PRO

I just created an account.  Only time will tell if I actually do anything with it.
