its odd, seeing as  I love my computers (almost as much as my children .... more at times) but I just cant name my PC. If it BSODs then there is a string of names like '*ss hat or sh**box'  ... but no friendly moniker

How do you guys come up with a name for your computer? 

 

Even in pre build, I couldnt think of a good name for my rig. Whats a good way to come up with a name for a rig? 

 

Also, what did you guys name your PCs?

 I named mine "The Black Pearl". Because most of my components are black, and its a "pirate" ship, if yaknow what I mean...

I don't currently have a name for my desktop computer, but if I were to I'd create some system. For example all of my USB's are named after animals and phones after AI's.

In my case the build im putting together features a white (now a silver white case. new phanteks p400) and all of my components including wiring will be solid black. Due to this set up I have named it Dead Inside. Funnily enough this wasn't intentional either it is just how the parts i chose played out.

Just think of something that you want to or do do on it, then make a witty (or not witty at all) name from that.
