I used the phone at a festival. Lasted five days without charging at 40% battery left

Everything from Nokia is tremendous. I don't care how basic it would seem to be, but I want the battery to last extremely long! ^^

The drive was previously called mass storage and it held everything inculding these suckers. The 3TB is going to become my new media drive and when i have some more cash I am going to get another 3TB which will hold nothing but games. I may end up dedicating a whole drive to video files if it gets to out of hand but that should take a while.

You're gonna feel like a data whore when I get home. :P

You must be a great dad!

My dad always helps me with my collection and I really do appreciate it :)

Haha.  Well I try to be.  I don't necessarily know what a "great dad" is, but I hope it's not one that spends money. ;)

Getting him all the Amiibos was my idea (although he was ready to buy Link with his own money) so I'll be the first to admit that he might not appreciate the collection as much as if he originally wanted them all or if he couldn't decide which one he wanted to buy for himself.   But... I do know he likes them all.

The great part is that you are interested in what he likes and want to help him.

I know how hard to get some of these Amiibos are, so that is something he will appreciate.

How are you liking the mousepad so far? I might wanna upgrade from my Vernit Solutions one eventually, even though it glides nicely and is a good size. :P

Yeah, have had it for a few weeks now.

Pretty good.

It doesn't slide around that much. It's plenty big. The surface might be a little rough for your hands, but glides perfect for my mouse.

My mouse is also very accurate (as the mouse pad doesn't have a lot of different colors).

The sides are finished with a like.. Band which stops it from fraying and generally getting beat up around the edges. (they have this states on the site too).

great mousepad, good surface, great size. Branding is subtle, yet there.

Neato. Is the top like a plastic or vinyl or something or some kind of fabric?

Fabric. Mouse pad is easily bend-able, so no hard cover on it either.

It has a few ridges in it, which you feel with your hand while moving the mouse, but feels excellent with the mouse.

The back feels a tiny bit ruberized, which makes it grip to the table more.

2 x EVGA GTX 980's for SLI

very nice but I raise you superclocked ones ;)

GTX980techboner.jpg

Fixed.

I'm incredibly hyped for Funimations release of Season 2 which to me is a masterpiece of anime. As for Excel Saga never seen it but I'll check it out soon.

It fits very much into the same genre.

The two things that I bought most recently are a set of Beyerdynamics DT770 headphones for myself at work.... and for my son, the last Amiibo he  didn't have for his collection.

attachicon.gifa.jpg

So when i start my amiibo thread will you be there contributing pics?

That card will be less and less efficient for 1080p.

Some games like dying light , far cry 4 and shadow of mordor already it push it to its knees.

Thats like 3 games of how many? Also FC4 has its issues which I have a feeling have something to do with its performance. Shadow of Mordor isnt hard to run unless you use the high texture pack which you wouldnt need for 1080p and brings even higher end cards to its knees. it also seems to have issues with performance as well, especially with consistency. I cant comment on dying light as ive been too busy as of late to pay attention.

these were on a flat 70% off store closing sale... thus them.... one can drill into thin wood if using self drilling screws

im not saying to get the ones that drill just one that a drill shape and at least has adjustable torque for good reason if not adjustable or variable speed.

Are you asking me to?

Once I manage to get the thread up. My next Amiibo will be Toad from the Mario Party set that is also compatible with toad treasure tracker.

Sweet.  I've got the Mario Party set pre-ordered, too.  Except Toad.  I can't find him.

I heard about Treasure Tracker.  I like the sound of it.  I heard it's a bit easy, but I'm okay with that because I also heard there are a lot of levels.  Less-than-difficult is fine by me as long as there's a lot of fun, creative content.

I wouldnt say its hard but I wouldnt say its easy. it sure is fun though and its a chill game as in like i play it when I just need something mellow. getting certain stuff or always trying to get everything in the first run is interesting. Also if you have 3D Cat Mario game you get a DLC map pack for free. Toad will give you one more thing to find on every map if I recall correctly.

Nice.  Although in my pic, one of them was SC  :D    Both are currently OC'd @ 1436Mhz / 7210Mhz stable.  These cards are overclocking beasts!
