He posts every new video with sponsor links and pricing. He sometimes makes posts on other topics. He definitely reads a lot of topics, but he doesn't have time to reply.

I've asked Linus about why he only had (I think it was at the time) 1,200 posts awhile back and he basically said that he tries to write quality posts over quantity posts and will even just edit a post if he needs or wants to add more to his posts. I think he was discretely hinting at the fact that some people write posts just to increase there post count. But not neccesarily post farming (because that's against the CoC) but just writing quick responses to different things. Is there anyone here who does this (don't answer this if you know what's good for you ;))?

It is disabled as part of IP Board's 'performance' setting. There's a thread on it somewhere...
