To be honest I'm not sure why PC Case Gear doesn't have it, it's in stock down / over here, that being said at $4500 that's just ridiculous.

Quite cheap to what you thought they would be?

What????

How much did you think it would be $4000 USD?

It's way to much for a GPU even though it's aimed for businesses.

i knew it was going to be $3000USD but i thought it was going to be around AUD$4000-4500. the reason why i thought it would be more is because theres usually a huge difference between the US market and the AU market with the prices

What they need to do is work on better drivers instead of having a cunt measuring contest. That goes for AMD and Nvidia! They can optimize the drivers a he'll of a lot better that they currently are.

They will certainly lose money on this card and I'm glad.

I second this.

I think it is a very bad decision on Nivida's part to come to the market at that price with this card.

I'm sure most people would love to jump on you for your language at this point, but myself, I just had to laugh. Out loud.

Also, WOW it's even MORE than the original 3k asking price. At this point it isn't even funny, does their marketing guy have down syndrome or something?

$3000 is a pretty good price for two workstation cards. The Titans have always been good value if you bought them for what they were intended for and not just used it as a 780/Ti.

The UK price is the equivalent of $4000, which is still a geographical rip off but less bad than I was expecting. Normally when transferring from USD to GBP they change the currency but keep the numbers the same, which would have brought it over $5000.

yeah even after it was delayed a bit and AMD released their card at half the price. Nvidia seems to be marketing this card as a gaming card, but it's main advantage is double precision which isn't a gaming feature in any way. So what is the purpose of this card other than a relatively cheap compute card? Much like the original titan, it makes no sense to add those additional pro level features if the marketed demographic are gamers. And what is the reason for being so damn expensive?

Nvidia had some weird Jekyll and Hyde overpriced thing going on with the titans. I sure as Hell don't understand it.

Oh good, more poor 12 year olds complaining about the price of a card they'll never afford to own.

Remember that saying? If you are complaining about the price...

Nvidia won't lose money on these. They'll sell out every last one. Thats the power of marketing for you and in 12 months time ATI will figure out how to get away with the same thing that Nvidia is doing now.

Its not like the Titan Z existing means Nvidia stops making 760-780s for normal people, does it? Those are still there. Buy them. Buy a few of them. This card is not for you, so for fucks sake stop bringing up the inflated price as if its the reason the world will end.

@Victorious Secret I didn't post this to have a cry about the price I posted it as there are some people out there that might want/need a card like this and I have added links to show people the price.
