24" vs 27" gaming monitor

Which size is better for fps gaming (Bf4) 24inch or 27inch? Should I go with 1080p or 1440p, any advantage for gaming with 1440p? Any recommendations? Thanks

24" 144hz however the new ROG G-sync monitor will be the best gaming monitor yet at 1440p & 27 inches 120hz can be oc'ed to 144hz.

It's preference for size.

As for resolution, more is just better if you have the power to push the frames.

27in 1440p

You don't need that much anti aliasing with the higher resolution, and everything looks much nicer. (as long as your GPU is powerful enough)

go to a store and look at the 24 vs 27" and see what you like better. I prefer larger monitors, you might now

the best way is to see for yourself :)

Depends on what you like. A size of a monitor could help you play better or through you off. Personally I like 22-24 inch displays.

24 inch at 1200p is also a decent option.

24 1080p so you dont have to move your head while playing to look at the edges of the screen, just your eyes

You can do 1440p but you will get more frames/ smoother in 1080p,

I didn't know you could change the refresh rate of a monitor 0.o  I'm fairly new to computering lol

 

I am looking forward to the ROG Swift though.

Keep in mind that your monitor can stay with you through multiple pc upgrades so it is probably worth investing more $ into. That's why I'm waiting for the ROG Swift.

I will be getting 3 monitors so I wont be getting the Rog Swift
