I've downloaded one giant free indie game compilation that has over 100 games. I don't think I'll ever check all of them.

 

Humble Bundles games, I usually download using the torrent link instead of the direct link.

 

And Linux distros...

not often, ive still never actually beaten it (sad i know).  i end up downloading it, getting about halfway through, and have to nuke my computer for some completely unrelated issue.  i do however still play Diablo 2: LoD on a regular bases.  just one of those timeless games that never gets old

I suggest installing everything you like how you like it, and then making an image of that partition with macrium reflect free version... then burning a rescue cd, they have instructions inside the program.  Then you would not have to nuke the install anymore, just overwrite the thing with the backup image.

thats so much effort though... i tend to keep the install files for important things like steam and drivers on a flash drive. but creating images with rescue disks is too much work.  im very lazy

I got the South By South West musical line up for the past 4 or so years. They give it away on their site every year. It doubled my music library and showed me quite a few good bands.

Interesting, didn't know about this, I'm leeching the 2013 part 1 now to give this thing a test drive.
