WTF? Isn't this crossing a line in what is copy-able?

I found this on Oneplus' Y1S series TVs. This is too much copying of words for me. Any of you got any more examples of things like this happening?

They could've easily gone with a different choice of words. That phrase is really popular, not as much, but quite like 'Blast Past Fast'.

What? Both are takes on a very common idiom that no one owns the rights to.

That's like saying a car company stole from another car company because they both have the word "wheels" or "fuel" on their website
