I’d say the scarlet would be a better choice if you aren’t going to need many inputs or sound effects right there.

My 2i2 has been doing great for years and sounds great outputting to my 990s or other speakers.

I'm biased, I admit, but I would go for the Scarlett Solo. I have a 2i2 2nd Gen and it's been running beautifully for the past 6 years.

So i should go for the scarlett solo? Is there any difference between the power they both give out as i know the goxlr mini and goxlr are the same or similar in terms of power.

There isn't much difference between the Solo and the 2i2, except for the extra Input. My use case is kinda different than what most people use it for, so I needed the 2i2 (I use the 2i2 for a Guitar, but most of the time I use it as an interface between my turntable and my Speakers when listening to vinyl). However, I have heard mixed opinions, as some of my friends swear that the 2i2 is better for Headphones than the Solo, and that the Mic Preamp is better. I tried both, they seemed the same lol.

Another good option you can look at is https://www.steinberg.net/en/products/audio_interfaces/ur_series/models/ur22mkii.html

Note that there is more the GoXLR line than being just a "dumb" audio interface for lack of a better term. It's software package, multiple USB audio devices and virtual cables options makes it significantly more powerful for a streaming/content creation standpoint than any standard mixer.

Those features are why that line is so popular.

The go XLR doesnt have a very good headphone amp. Sadly the parent company is a cheap skate and its where the Telicom the makers had to cut corners.
The GoXLR is a very expensive interface because it has a lot of extra features such as control over windows app volume, voice effects.
If your only going to use it to attach the microphone and plug in the headphones then get the scarlet if those extra features are something you want then consider the GOXLR. If you just want the windows app volume you can get a cheap midi controler for £50 and use software like midi mixer.

I'm with Ahoy mostly but I disagree with the conclusion,
the Scarlett solo does not have dedicated headphone amplification controls, that is a feature that starts with the 2i2, however the Behringer UMC202HD does have this feature and is cheaper than even the Solo.
When it comes to choice of microphone be warned that the 2035 isn't an overly high quality microphone for that price and due to its (faux) LDC status it will pick up a large amount of background noise. So long as you're ready to deal with background noise and your room is treated I would suggest purchasing the 3U Audio CM1 instead and if you do have background noise I would strongly suggest either purchasing a dynamic microphone or a more directional mic like the Behringer C2.

I've never been impressed by the GoXLR things, or any combined mixer with a built-in USB interface. The software features in the GoXLR don't excite me either.

My recommendations is to think very hard about whether you actually need a mixer. Most people don't, and decent boards are costly.

I also will second the suggestion to get the Behringer over the Focusrite Solo. Also, if you decide you do need a console in the future, you can always pick up a dedicated analog mixer and connect it to whatever audio interface you're using. The advantage here is that you can use whatever analog board you want, be it a 4-channel Yamaha or an 80 channel SSL.
