I just saw this video and I don't even...

Anyway,what do you think about all this photoshopping photographers sometimes do to make the picture look good?

Lol it's funny but you don't have to look too hard to see that it's completely fake. @0:39 in the video look at the layer tab... And they're using the eraser.

To answer your other question, I think it's appalling that photographers can manipulate their subject to make them look more appealing... Whatever happened to natural beauty? I'm fine with the photo being edited to make it more interesting but for the sake of vanity I think it should stop. Regardless of what people say, it gives false views of a "perfect body".
