I got it replaced less then 3 months ago 😧

How did it go just after you replaced the battery?  If it did well but now isn’t again I might worry that you got a counterfeit battery.   Another possibility though is it is possible to use up a battery in 3 months if you hit it hard enough.  Really  Hard but not completely impossible. For A counterfeit battery that would be around the right time frame though. Making a rechargeable isn’t hard or expensive.  It’s making one that doesn’t wear out fast that is difficult. This is generally what counterfeit batteries are.  Cheap batteries relabeled as expensive ones.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

I filled out the survey for my iPhone SE (2016) but I just like an hour ago bought the pixel 4a.

Good price. Looks aight.

Only 4G version. Skipped the 5G price tag. Guess it'll be like 10 years when they shut down 4G networks.

If you were in an actual Apple store it shouldn’t be counterfeit.  Counterfeits are so good these days going to the manufacturer is basically the only way to be sure.  Could be defective though.  That does happen occasionally.

iPhone 8.  We were on a two year term which ended in early October, but we decided not to upgrade this year.  I would love to say it was because I am going to stay with iPhone and want to wait for higher refresh rate screens, but in the end it is because I am cheap and will save money now and upgrade later.  I really would love an iPhone 12 Pro Max though.

I have an iPhone 8, I've been pretty happy with it so far. The battery capacity has been reduced over the years, but other than that it's basically as new.

My Current Setup:

MSI B450 Gaming Plus

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

I have the iPhone 11 Pro. I'm not really interested in the 12 (not that I was going to upgrade just one year later anyway).

  • 3 weeks later...

I got a First gen ROG Phone because when i was picking my new phone it receive a price cut(to the same level as Google Pixel 4A I was also considering), if I was smarter I would pick Pixel 4A because of that sweet Sticker bomb skin(but I didn't)

I'm using a Xiaomi Pocophone F1. It was released in 2018, although I got mine last year. I got it because of a recommendation, the performance to price ratio is really good and I especially appreciate the long battery life. My previous phone was some Samsung that I had for like 4+ years. Hopefully this one will also last that long, I don't like changing tech every year.

XS Max 256 to replace my 7 32. I've had the phone for 9 months now and I don't have any complaints with it. Battery still shows 100%. Ill probably use it for another year or two before I hand it down to my oldest son if he can hold it properly lol. Its a bit large. The phone is a beast, if its looked after I don't see why it shouldn't last another 3-4 years after a battery replacement.

Still between my 6 and my original SE. As long as one is still in current support I see no need to upgrade. They're both still a good enough spec to do anything I do on them.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy J7 Star at the moment. It's not much, but it does everything I need a phone to do.
