Completely random GPU fan ramps, with complete disregard to Afterburner settings.

My PNY RTX 4060 8GB is having giant fan ramps for no reason, at random times. The odd thing is it seems to be completely disregarding the curve I have set in Afterburner, since my GPU is not running anywhere near the temps I have the ramps set to in the curve (which I know might not be the best GPU fan curve, still new to this). Another oddity is that the readouts in HWinfo don't actually represent the increase in fan speed in the GPU fan percentage readouts. There might be other oddities present but I don't know enough to tell you what they could be. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening? There might be other oddities present but I don't know enough to tell you what they could be.

Attached are the readouts from HWinfo and the curve I have set in Afterburner. I can provide any additional info if required.

check out nortwestrepair's video's.. he has fixed a few of ramping fan issues.. it's usually a not so important component on the board that has a bad connection/cold solder point, or otherwise broken.

if it's a warranty on it you should be able to get another card.
