Asus striker extreme boot code : code init

I brought this board off ebay and when I boot it up with a known working cpu , ram and gpu I get the boot code : code init , what could this be

Honestly these were not very good boards even back in the day, Nvidia chipset Intel boards were long hauled to be garbage back when new even. I had one of these boards, it had this boot loop problem where you had to boot it straight 5 minutes after a cold boot for it to function. Heavily unrecommended.

If it is a bios issue which chip would I replace

 bios issue which chip would I replace there are like 5 chips that could be the bios chip at the bottom
