IMO, the D100 is the better choice because of the mesh front panel, but good budget choices either way!

That Spectra D100 is a nice deal. RGB fans are only 3 pin, but I like dual ring RGB.

Max CPU cooler height of 170mm maybe enough to fit a something like Noctua  NH-D15 with low profile RAM. 

2 vertical PCI-E slots and can fit a 120/140mm fan at the rear.

We don't seem to get all of these features in lower budget cases anymore.

The Prsim M isnt terrible though. They actually put the fan on the correct side of the mounting rails to take advantage of the side vents as well as the hinged glass door and GPU support are decent touches. But I prefer the storage mounting options of the D100 a bit more. 

 

and correction, the Prism M comes with only two fans, and only is RGB. So in the airflow department, you cant beat the D100 for it's price-performance.
