Btw,  includes Premium Edition and all DLCs. Also includes the shortcut packs which are part of Premium Edition.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

Does this still launch through origin? Or utilize anything else on steam but the launcher?

I was wondering why there's so many noobs recently.

Our Grace. The Feathered One. He shows us the way. His bob is majestic and shows us the path. Follow unto his guidance and His example. He knows the one true path. Our Saviour. Our Grace. Our Father Birb has taught us with His humble heart and gentle wing the way of the bob. Let us show Him our reverence and follow in His example. I have Battlefield V and I enjoyed the campaign mode of it. I played a little of the pvp mode and it seemed ok. Does anyone who has tried think it is a good game and worth $8?

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

Quote or tag me so I can see your response

You get Steam achievements, tracking what Steam friends own it. But otherwise yes launches through Origin.

You get the 2017 standalone new UI instead of Battlelog. But Origin version also gets that so it's not exclusive.

I've spent over 300 hours so far on BF4 and to me it's been worth it.

It'll obviously depend on if you play just Campaign or also multiplayer. Multiplayer BF4 community is still alive in 2020.

Me and @AluminiumTech are playing BF5 multiplayer together and it's a lot of fun. We mainly play tactical Conquest. I personally have also played through the War Stories and it gives you a feeling of how the game is in general but multiplayer plays different as you might have noticed from your limited play time. You buy Battlefield games for the Multiplier and IMO the Campaign is just something you play through once or twice on easy and medium difficulty level and just leave it at that.

You can take a look at all of the Tech that I own and have owned over the years in my About Me section and on my Profile.

I'm Swiss and my Mother language is Swiss German of course, I speak the Aargauer dialect. If you want to watch a great video about Swiss German which explains the language and outlines the Basics, then click here.

Me and my buddy have put thousands of hours into BF4. There was so much stuff that you could do that you can't in the newer titles.

Unfortunately once I bought it for PC I only found one or two servers I actually liked, and if there was a cheater in the server it emptied out pretty quick. Not super fun to play against a guy openly bragging about how he's cheating, while shooting you through walls with a helicopter and the server moderator saying there's literally nothing he can do about it.

And then EA decided I don't have access to my account because I lost my email, despite having identifiable proof. Unless the cheaters aren't present anymore, I'm not bothering with it. That's the one thing I like more about consoles, online cheating is less frequent outside COD.

It's about time... still listed at $40? No one would buy it at that price.

No but seriously the Community is still active even in 2020.

Right now on Battlelog it's showing only 7 active servers in North America. Granted, they're full, but that just means you have to wait until someone quits to actually play. And 2 of them are 24/7 metro.

Definitely. It's one of the best Battlefield games imo and even the campaign is worth a play through if you've yet to play through it. I think I've beaten it a good 4 times because I had to repeat it on PC since I already completed it on console to get all the achievements.

I remember the loading times being ridiculous on console but they shouldn't be so bad on PC. The game runs great in 1440p at a good 135+ fps on mid range hardware.

Battlefield 4 used to sit at $4 to $5 on Origin for many years and they even gave out all the expansions for free like once a year. Since the move to Steam, this $8 is your best bet, especially since it comes with all the expansions for free. Which people still partake in and it's a lot of fun if you're already good at Battlefield games.
