I need another os or some new software.

nFaiz

I just want something that looks very futuristic. I tried rainmeter. I tried parrot os. I need something 3D. You know what I mean. Oh you know what would be cool. A linux distro or windows distro thats open world and you walk to applications. I dont even know what Im typing anymore

There are options, but mostly you will have to put in some effort.
Here's an example of a simple way to make it look better:

Honestly, cool idea but unrealistic.  Who uses their OS anyway?  It's nothing more than a place to house my icons to click on for the games I play :)

I see my OS as the bar on the bottom and that is all.

No, no, the idea is good. playstation home tried something like that (conceptually) you could start games from that, invite friends to join, watch movies together or alone, play games on simulated arcade machines, etc. They did actually plan to replace the whole OS with something like that...

but then something happened that made them lose control over the whole thing (so called "white hat hackers" aka "trolls" ) and they cancelled the whole thing silently.

But in theory something like that is the future, needs massive investments likely, and someone who knows more about security than Sony ca. 2008 (which was exactly 0)

of course maybe it could also be a garage project like this revolutionizing how we interact with computers...

Good luck, OP! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
