Mouse dock its plugged in on the back of the Mainboard

I mean is the dock place in front of no?

Good evening everyone🙂, I would like to ask something, I have a Razer Viper Ultimate gaming mouse with a dock, I had the dongle connected to the back of the motherboard, but sometimes I have the problem that the connection drops and the dongle comes back on🫤. I changed it and connected it to the dock, could it be caused by Razer Synapse?

I wish I could help more, but where is the dock you plugged it in to? if its not in from near your house things could be blocking it, though most people put mouse docks in front anyways.

I had a similar problem with my Logitech mouse and when that mouse died and I replaced it with a Razer mouse the problem continued.  Turns out the problem was placing the dongle in the back of the case.  I moved the dongle from the back to the front and the problem went away.  Turns out the signal from the dongle was being blocked by the metal in the back of the case.  Just try moving the dongle from the back to the front of the case and see if the problem goes away.  I'm betting it will but you know there is a sucker born every minute.  I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

I tried on the front panel earlier, I remember I also had the same problem, then I put it on the back and changed it to USB 3.2/ 3.1 and now I finally connected it to the mouse Dock I also mean that this one freezes and, for example, when my mouse is green, it changes color, I stand on it and returns to green and it does not work for about 5 sec.New mouse and some problem eh

Wireless is just one of those things.
Have you tried it on another device and maybe check the usb ports. Also drivers could be causing your issue!

Also, maybe reduce your frequency maybe it's pulling too much and causing interference aswell as making sure everything looks fine in the Razer Synapse! 🙂
