Hello, which motherboard do you recommend as the best quality-price option with WiFi (I have an Intel core i5 12600kf, RTX 3060ti that I am going to buy in a few months, if it is DDR5 it would be fine, it should be ATX, it should have good specifications and performance) thank you

edit : and can be updated in the future

Why are you buying those components?  They're years old at this point.

Are you looking at used options, for the board as well?

If you're going to buy in a few months, just wait till then to ask for recommendations, prices will change quite significantly by that time, especially since AMD and Intel are both likely to release next gen CPUs within the next couple months.

In general, my recommendation for a B760 board is the B760M PG Riptide since it has a rather good VRM for the price (~$130 and I'd feel comfortable with a 14900K in it as long as there's some amount of airflow over the VRM and/or power limits are used) and actually supports overclocking thanks to its external clock gen. It doesn't have built in WiFi, though it supports adding a laptop WiFi module which is ~$20-25, and while it's mATX that only matters for aesthetics, not how good the board actually is. Plus getting an ATX board that's similar quality can get pricy rather quickly.

I don't have a very high budget, and I have to settle for a mid-range computer (salaries in Latin America are not very high). I have not included this, well I forgot to specify that I chose Intel because I want to get into the use of photo and video editing programs (just in case I chose components that are not second-hand, I don't want to risk it)
postscript: I live in Latin America, things are more expensive xd

The thing about buying in a few months I was referring to the video card, I'm going to buy the computer without a card about two months later, almost at the end of the year or at the beginning of 2025, I'll buy the graphics card (in Latin America I don't know if it varies enormously prices)

Intel and amd both do this no problem.

Id say ask for a full build advice the week you are looking into buying the system.

2 months is faaaar to far in the future to recommend any parts as things change a lot.

Do you need a computer right now? If not id simply just wait

Si no, simplemente espera.

Well, my laptop that I am using at the moment is about to die, maybe in a month I will buy it, in a maximum of 2 months I will buy it

hows the used market look over there?

and what sites will you use to buy parts?

800$ should be able to get you a 3080/6800xt if based on zen3 or even new 12th gen as long as you buy the gpu used and this is a relatively conservative estimate when id usually expect this for 600-700$ albiet with a used case

used 3080/6800xt is pretty much the best value you can get depending on the used market and new pricing for stuff like the 7800xt/7900gre and 4070(s) so theres no real point going over unless you find a good deal on a used 3080ti/6900xt/6950xt
