Supply and demand.  More demand to move to these areas.  Not sure aerospace engineer qualifies as middle class though. 

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Didn't know roblox was worth 7x that of ubisoft, oh god.

Also the many bad business practices while mostly youths playing and drawn into it. (not sure about gambling aspects or hooks created/designed to grab peoples wallets)
