Plane under takeoff does a near miss on ground crew trying to check the runway for debris, while ATC clearing a flight while knowing the crew is still on the runway and lost communication to them. Have good crew and good equipment, so accidents dont happen. were a couple airports (in the world) are still dealing with poor equipment, placement, runway issues and increased risk of accidents.
