Newegg mostly, just cuz it is habit, that is where my friends order from and that is where I have been ordering. The site is just nice in general also.

Memory Express for local buys since I get a discount there (due to my profession), and NCIX online. Love NCIX, extremely fast, communicate well, and have never had any issues. I had issues with Memory Express' online store, but only good experiences in-store.

I typically buy my tech stuff and PC parts at Fry's because it is less then 10 miles from my house and they have everything.

Don't forget to factor shipping and taxes (or lack there of due to being out of state ;) )
