oh wow, its pretty bad.

spent too much on unnecessary hardware, not balanced at all, and you will have a massive bottleneck

That’s pretty bad. I will work on a better list.
 

Note: new GPUs and CPUs are a few months away. I would advise against building a top of the line system right now. Could you wait for the new parts to come out?

If not, What is your budget?

that aio is a sheer waste of money, that SSD is Dramless, you're getting mere 8 gigs, overspending on case, bad psu

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

( You can overclock Tier C just fine, but it can get very loud, that is why it is not recommended for overclocking, same with tier D)

You really need a better CPU (ryzen 7 if you ask me) and a more efficient power supply. If you will replace PSU for a more efficient, you will sleep better at night, and you are saving the 25$ difference in the long run (less energy consumption)
