  1. if really concerned about double clicking happening, razer is the only manufacturer currently with optical mouse switches.
  2. logitech's current replacement for the G5 is the Logitech MX518, currently on sale for $20 on the logitech website.

Huh, can't find any info on the 24G2E. Maybe compare the specs?

doesnt seem to be different 🤔

    4. PCGuy_5960

Then it's probably like the G304 and the G305. It's really good if you don't mind trading a few Hzs for better colors and viewing angles.

  5. Thoughts on whether to get a G640, QCK+, or MP510 ? 🤔

if you have used any of these please do comment 👀

or if you have any suggestions for a soft pad feel free to recommend

The fury S is on the list now 👀

is the Speed version any different?

(i saw some divinas online, not sure if its legit though :thinkuhsweat:)

    3. PCGuy_5960

Yes it is, the speed is super smooth (a bit less than the qck limited) while the pro is on the rougher side (not mp510 levels, but more than most pads) and the speed is slower than the pro, especially when it comes to initial friction. It's also coated whereas the pro is not.

You can find divinas, but they are usually priced at something like $150 because of fortnite players. lmao

looks like i'm going with the regular fury s 👀

      thanks for the help!

  6. pretty sure there's a cutout at the back of the motherboard, you should be able to install it without removing the motherboard.
  7. I personally would prefer to stick with the air cooler as it is a pretty decent option, considering the price. it can cool an overclocked 10980xe if you so need (albeit a bit hot), here is how it stacks up compared to other coolers:
  8. here is somewhat a decent option PCPartPicker Part List Type Item Price CPU Cooler Corsair iCUE H100i RGB PRO XT 75 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler $119.99 @ Newegg Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts Total $119.99 Generated by PCPartPicker 2020-10-19 13:48 EDT-0400
  9. didnt see the subforum at first, are you looking for an aio or a regular air cooler? also dont recall any good rgb options if you are looking for performance at a low price
  10. the scythe fuma 2 is a pretty good option for the price PCPartPicker Part List Type Item Price CPU Cooler Scythe FUMA 2 51.17 CFM CPU Cooler $59.99 @ Amazon Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts Total $59.99 Generated by PCPartPicker 2020-10-19 13:19 EDT-0400

  13. the G604 is a pretty solid mouse for MMO, some may find the side buttons a bit hard to use due to its size and layout, has a pretty comfortable shape for palm gripping and has a top notch sensor. it is pretty different compared to the G603 though. if you want something similar to the G603, then you can look into the G703, still pretty solid battery life considering its rechargeable. The Razer basilisk X hyperspeed if you need more than just 3 side buttons with solid battery life.
  14. The basilisk will feel pretty similar to the G502 and I wouldnt really recommend the rival 3 if you are looking to palm grip it due to its shape, but it is possible. have you also considered the deathadder essential or the microsoft pro intellimouse?
  15. no difference in performance, its just a mechanical button to switch between ratcheting and smooth scolling.
  16. if you clicked that button, the scroll will ratchet, click it again and you're back to smooth scrolling.
  17. did you click the button located in the middle of the mouse?
  18. iirc, the 5600 are rumored to be released next year, though I dont think its possible for you to wait that long. If you are able to wait until mid november, big navi may give you more options for the GPU.
  19. I would wait untill the 5600 release and see how if it is a worthwhile investment. intel 11th gen desktop CPUs should also be announced then along with big Navi (though take this with a grain of salt).
  20. If you are unable to wait then here is something you can get for now:
  21. when are you planning to build this? would suggest waiting for the lower end hardware. For now, you can just lower your in game settings a bit more, unless its really bothering you
  22. :eyes:
