I'm looking for a bang for buck cooler with great looks. 

All these coolers costs almost the same, i can't figure out which one is the best for RYZEN.

The Dark Rock Pro 4 arguably looks better than the regular NH-D15, but Noctua just released the chromax.black so that kind of solves the 'looks' issue. The D15 is just slightly bigger though, if I'm not mistaken. Performance-wise, they should be similar, with maybe the D15 edging the DRP out by just a couple degrees. I'm not too familiar with the other coolers you've listed though unfortunately.

 

I would also consider a single tower heatsink, as a high-end one will still be more than enough for any Ryzen 3000 chip I would imagine, as long as you don't plan on doing some super heavy overvolting. My suggestions would be the NH-U12S chromax.black or Dark Rock 4, or if you don't mind the looks, the NH-U14S.

Dark Rock Pro 4 all the way. Its the best looking dual tower cooler out right now. Black NHD15 is strong 2nd place.

Noctua NH-D15 Chromax Black would be the best performance if you have a case that can fit it in your case.

Dark Rock Pro 4 seems be slightly shorter cooler if you can not fit a D15. I've seen it being sold for less than NH-D-15.

Assassin III fans are not as quiet as Noctua and Dark Rock fans for those coolers from the reviews I have seen.

Bang for the buck? True Spirit 140 Power, 50 bucks at Amazon. As good or better than D14/15. Add a TY143 to seal the deal. Le Grand Macho RT is just as good as well, and can be run passively.

As I'm looking this particular CM CA620M cooler, even tho it has RGB it looks like a motor bike engine block wich it turns me off instantly

It looks more unassuming than DRP4 and more simple design which aesthetically I like the most among the 3 you mentioned.

 

But I have a strange feel when I see the NH-U12S Chromax. It looks so much better than any other black air cooler, it even looks better vs NH-U12S with NH-HC2 black cover or vs CM Hyper 212 Evo Black. For my taste those NH-U12S Chromax heatpipes pattern in all black looks aesthetically pleasing.

What processor are you running? I wouldn't trust a U12S with a 3950X but you'd be fine on most other Ryzens.

At the same price, the NH-D15 would probably be the best all-around option. Where are you shopping / located? Budget?

What cpu, case, and ram are you using?
