How to breathe

Breathing is an important step to living as a human, and it can be challenging to first get a hold of it. When you look around you, everyone seems to know how to perfectly breathe, although they started our, barely knowing the basics, just like you

Step 1: Relax

Everyone else had to go through the same stress you are right now once in their lives. Soon, you will be like the best breathers in the world; Nicki Manaj , Ted Bundee, and Vermon Supreme

Step 2: Exhale or Inhale.

If you've bottled up your Carbon Dioxide for your entire life, then you would want to start with a nice exhale, relaxing your neck muscles while your at it. If you don't have any air in you at all, then you would need to start with a deep inhale.

Step 3: Vice versa.
After completing step two, you must do the opposite of that, completing the circulation. If you exhaled, inhale. If you inhaled, exhale. This will allow you to either receive Oxygen, or remove Carbon Dioxide.

Step 4: Repeat.

Now to keep breathing, you will need to somehow keep this pattern going. By repeating Step 2 and Step 3, you will keep yourself breathing. Just keep inhaling and exhaling, and all will soon be well.
