You're going to have a hard time making it more aesthetic if you don't want to spend any money.

2. try some RGB, rgb fans provide some more functionality but are a little more pricey than just a regular old Rgb strip which is still a good way to make your pc look better

I just got some rgb fans and they look decent. cant really see them tho

I'd get a larger desk, for one.  I prefer to spread out a bit.

 

Desktop speakers?  Not sure if you use headphones as preference or due to roommates, thin walls, etc.

 

Some art behind and above the monitor?  It looks a little barren and sterile, like a hospital for my taste.
