Forums running ultra slow & running into CloudFlare errors

ItsMitch
Go to solution Solved by colonel_mortis,

I am actively working on it, but it appears to be a much deeper issue than I thought. Some changes have been made to try and mitigate the problem though, and it should be working better at the moment.

LMG is running literally painfully slow at this moment, I can't even view posts anymore and when it does "load" it sends me to a Error 504 page on Cloudflare, here's a pic of the error page

chrome_2018-02-20_22-18-24.png

I tried it on duel monitors with another chrome browser and it still was painfully slow.

I am getting it as well.

Looks like it is slowly coming back online because I can open this post, but it is still super slow.

It should be back now. I'm aware of the issue, and the root cause, but it's not particularly easy to solve unfortunately.

Yeah it's now beginning to clear up a lot now, not having as many 504's.

Floatplane videos are still non-accessible.

Working here, as long as you can load the page. The videos themselves don't appear to be affected. It starts playing as soon as I click the play button as normal.

This site isn't hosted on Squarespace. Their Squarespace site probably does maintain that record.

LTT was never the fastest forum for me, it always has a HUGE delay when charging up a page, but i'm not getting cloudflare errors yet.

I fully blame a lack of LMG owned Llamas for this failure.

Having a few more loading issues again, dare I say how long this will be a problem for?

Yeah I read it wrong. I read "This site isn't hosted on Squarespace." as "Isn't this site hosted on Squarspace?"
