I'm super excited, i really love the Far Cry franchise and look forward to seeing how the game goes in an urban setting 

 

On the graphics side of things i think that Ubi took a massive PR hit over the Watch_Dogs thing so they'll be as honest as possible when game play trailers start to be released.

Demanding requirements, the Far Cry series is easily one of my favorite franchises, really interested to see how this game goes

I hope for a meaningfull story and a more believable World. A mix of FC1 and 3/4 with the Physics of FC2.

Montana is about as far from urban as you can get in the US man. And yeah this is the Watch Dogs trailer all over again. There is absolutely no way the game is actually going to look like that.

Who said I know nothing about? I played FC1 and FC3 and I disliked the game and totally dislike the publisher so I didn't bother with the others.

Maybe of the beginning video. You're crazy if you think the final gameplay version is going to look this good. 

 

Im not saying it won't be great or an improvement over the previous titles. I just don't think you should be jumping on the hype train just yet.

I just suggested the trailer is real footage of the actual setting. You know, in "meatspace." Did you really think my post was suggesting that the real game was going to look like that? I think I said the opposite.

As others have said, those little trailers are just real footage shot with a camera and says absolutely nothing of what the graphics may or may not be like lol

Why do you have so much against someone disliking the frachise? if you enjoy it okay, great for you, I just don't see how could you bother enough to keep complaining at me, what? people need to pay and play every one of the 4 games and all dlcs to be entitled to say they dislike it?

 

Respect me not enjoying nor liking the game as much as I respect you enjoying and liking it, keep arguing that I don't have the right to dislike it because I didn't play it entirely is dumb, do you honestly go through something entirely before giving yourself the right to say, yes I don't like this?

Years ago I would've been excited for this. But now Ubi is just shoveling out the same shit every year. It's like Ass Creed all over again. Do something new and interesting. 

I want to get into the setting, but I know every mission will just be "go to this camp and clear it out, now keep doing it a million more times to unlock cool stuff."

It's not game footage they said live action trailer meaning that's it's filmed not in game footage 

 

also lets hope they have moved on from the 1 threaded engine they have reused since farcry 3

Wasn't there some rule where, what we see in the trailer, is what we get in the game, or is that just for games being sold on Steam.

And do I need to play all of Far Cry series to get Far Cry 5?
