Okay I take that whole thing back, I just got it to stable out at 3733 16-21-34 @ 1.37v.

You know you can go a bit higher on the RAM voltage.  Someone that knows a bit about RAM recently recommended no higher than 1.47V for a kit like yours.  Also, he has been testing on a kit like yours so you may want to look at some of his results.  They aren't on Intel though so you might be able to do better than he has.

I have laptop with i5 2450M socketed, could upgrade to i7 3630M

 Alot of voltage for 5ghz. All 8086K's should do 5Ghz under 1.35v
