Put the nubwoofer on the floor in the corner. It will give deeper bass.

No real space on the floor, as you see in the picture there is a small gap between the table and the blue in the bottom right corner (my bed) which is currently filled by a bin. also the sub is only used for the TV and does well at hiding the ugly wires behind it.

Buy some splitloom from the hardware store. It does a good job making cables look tidy.

Hmm, that monitor stand looks just like mine, for what I can see. Which one is it?

Changed windows yesterday so that looks like hell. Also the reason why everything is organized. ;)

Nice, ft05.

Not many people have it.

I am one of the only ones to put a custom loop in it :)

No cleaning, you say?

post-23506-0-36244800-1437823610.jpg

Potato pic (shot with Sony Xperia Z1), but this is how it is without any kind of cleaning.

And a better quality image (shot with Sony DSC RX100 Mark 1), but less realistic, due to one object missing (camera on the right side of the monitor), and phone being somewhere where it rarely is:

post-23506-0-16249300-1437823740.jpg

I eat on this desk every day (also never spilled any drinks on keyboards or other electronics), and while I do carry the plates and the cutlery back to the kitchen when I'm done, I'm keeping chopsticks at hands' reach.

And as for the electronic cluster to the left, there's just a dead-on-arrival DualShock 3 controller, working DualShock 4 controller, 2 dead 2,5" HDDs and an external enclosure on top of them, and the Canon 1000D with a kit lens that was surpassed by the Sony RX100 as my main camera.

And this room is only illuminated by the window to the left (with a curtain in front of it 24/7), and the monitor. I never turn on the lights.

Never trust my advice. Only take any and all advice from me with a grain of salt. Just a heads up.

Is that a audio mixer to the left of your keybaord? I have been looking for a simple one for a time now and was wondering what that is and if you had a link or product name for it?

Your music choice of Jeff Williams, I like it :D

I could post a pic of my setup, but I am nowhere near it for quite a while still.

New to Star Citizen? Look no further!

Usually it's messy but no college atm and I cleaned semi recently so nothing to clutter it with yet. Normally there's a pizza box on the left and a billion papers to the right.

I also smashed my lamp today.. dropped the mirror on it gg. Need to buy a new one.

  • 4 weeks later...

Usually no papers on the left, everything else is usual. I like to keep my desk clean. Cable management is a nightmare though, and I'm going to be moving too a much nicer, larger white granite desk later when I finally get it in :)
