DRP4 or D15

If you want to spend less, a U12S

Or even less, Arctic eSports

Define R5 can fit up to a 180mm tall cooler. The D15 is 165 max (unless you really position the fan upwards)

You probably shouldn't get a 9700K at this point, either go Ryzen or wait for the new Intel CPUs.

I have the noctua nh-u12s with a second fan on my i7 4770 ... I don't know if it's supposed to be a chip that runs hot usually, but in full load at 4.0 in cinebench R20 running for 10 min the max temp I've seen is 70 C.  I don't have the low noise adapter on and the fan never went over 1000 rpm so it stays dead silent too.  I'm really happy with that cooler but I wish I had gotten the black chromax version.

I9 10850K

EVGA RTX 3080 TI FTW3 ULTRA

32 Gb Crucial Balistix ddr4 3600mHz 16-18-18-38

MSI Z490 Tomahawk

Fractal Design Ion+ 860W platinum

Arctic Liquid Freezer II, 360mm

WB Black SN750 NVMe ssd

TeamGroup L5 3D Lite 1 Tb sata SSD

Where are you shopping / located? Budget?

What ram are you using? What kind of features are you looking for in a cooler?

Do any of the local stores have websites that you can link?

Otherwise, the Okeanos is great: https://www.amazon.com/Reeven-Okeanos-Premium-Heatsinks-Cooler/dp/B07534NRYZ/ref=sr_1_6?keywords=reeven+cooler&qid=1583301330&sr=8-6-catcorr

If you have a good airflow a mid range air cooler will do the job easy, i have a 30$ air cooler push/pull on mine and it's perfect.

I'm not sure how pricing compares to Amazon but the Freezer 34 eSports Duo, NH-U14S, and NH-D15 are good options.

What kind of games are you playing? If they're not reliant on fast cores, you may better off getting a 3600 and a better graphics card.
