How do I keep my PC from going to sleep while folding, other than disabling windows screen saving function entirely? (If there is a way)

You can still keep your screensaver, the bottom option just prevents your PC from shutting down entirely.

By screensaver I had mean’t lock screen, although I would think running a resource intensive program would convince windows to not lock screen anyways...

You should be able to leave the "Display logon" box checked, but I havent personally tried this since both of my computers arent locked when the screens go black.

I could get an RTX 2080 and a GTX 1070 folding. If I don't forget by then.

Quick question, do people still fold on CPU's? Last time I folded it was on an Phenom 1090t and people didn't really use GPU's for it then.

CPUs aren't exactly the best, but you can still fold on CPUs, also you can use BOINC as some of the projects over there are still CPU only.
